Perfect location, spacious and well equipped room, very friendly and helpful owner, surprisingly delicious breakfast with a large variety for a small hotel. Cyclist friendly. Great stay!

Small hotel , which gives a warm welcome . Very accommodating personal service especially regarding a late check in time . Comfortable spacious room, that was absolutely spotlessly clean . Very dog friendly too for our small dog . Breakfast was good with a pre ordered choice of fresh pastries alongside other continental options such as fruit , cereals , yoghurts, toast , ham , cheese etc A family business so the staff go that extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Good location for walking to the restaurants and beach of Pozzallo and a 10 minute drive to the Port for travel via the catamaran to Malta . We would definitely recommend.

Excellent location and the facilities were exactly what we needed for the purpose of our stay. Enrico was very attentive, friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble - truly outstanding. Breakfast was really good. We would recommend Mare Nostrum.

Enrico, the owner, was wonderfully helpful. He ordered a taxi to pick us up from the port and extended check in to accommodate our delayed arrival. Recommended a great restaurant for dinner too. Its a charming small hotel with a great vibe.

Spacious, very clean and a great breakfast. Enrico is the most helpful and kind host we have met on our travels. The location is close to the ferry and buses for travel to Modica and Siracusa.
